Terms of use.

Effective date: October 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of butterfly.fm and any Butterfly or ADAM service you access.

Have counsel review these terms and fill in the legal entity, governing law, service-specific pricing, and support commitments before accepting customers.

Using the service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, data, and advertising connections you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your account credentials.

Advertising accounts and content

You retain ownership of your music, creative, trademarks, and other content. You grant Butterfly the limited permission needed to host, analyze, display, and process that content to provide the service. You must follow Meta’s and other connected platforms’ terms and policies.

ADAM insights

ADAM provides analytics and recommendations. It does not guarantee reach, conversions, revenue, approvals, or campaign outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and complying with advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. The service is provided subject to applicable law and without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.
